C category combination license
The CE category driving license entitles you to drive a combination of a truck and a trailer. The C > CE category driving license upgrade course includes 5 theory lessons, 10 driving lessons and a driving test for using the vehicle. The requirement for participation in the course is that you have a basic professional qualification that was granted at least one year before taking the exam. In addition, your C category driving license has been valid for at least one year.

When you enroll for the course using the web form, you can pay immediately online and you have access to common payment methods, credit cards and installments. You can also choose a traditional invoice as the payment method, in which case the guardian is responsible for the costs of the minor’s driving license.

The KSL reference interest rate refers to the reference interest rate referred to in the Consumer Protection Act in accordance with Section 12 of the Interest Act, which is published by the Bank of Finland twice a year and is valid for 6 months at a time. The applicable reference interest rate may not exceed 5%, i.e. the annual interest rate of the loan may not exceed 20%, as provided for in the Consumer Protection Act.
Example purchase: €1,500, with a 12-month payment option. Annual interest rate: 0%. Credit cost/month: €5.60. Actual annual interest rate: 4.01%. Credit costs: €61.60. Total payable: €1,562. Installment/month: €130.60, 12 installments. The credit cost is 0.28%/month of the agreed credit limit, however, no more than €12.50/month. The credit cost is charged in monthly invoices. A driving school account is a continuous credit with a minimum credit limit of €2,000. Other uses of the credit may result in a higher or lower annual percentage rate of interest.
